Amazing experience, best flight and service
All round I've ever experienced. Thank you jet2!

Great Dad (46) daughter (16) holiday, lovely hotel, location perfect, near shops restaurants, beach 10min walk away .
Hotel,accommodation,pool, snack bar very good... relaxed atmosphere an plenty of trips, boat, aquapark, an a couple of crazy golf courses nearby... lovely 7 day hol...

Jet2 are the best airline i’ve flown with, very efficient and give lots of relevant information regarding your trip prior to your holiday on the jet2 app aswell as an information pack given to you when you land in your destination. Staff are so friendly and helpful and there are always staff around the airport if you need help. On board staff were very lovely and did really well accommodating everyone on the flight.

We recently had a holiday with Jet2 we have nothing but praise for Jet2, friendly, helpful and efficent staff, a great choice of hotels. we wouldnt hesitate to reccomend them and will definatley use them again

Unlike some travel companies I might mention, Jet2holidays provide a complete integrated service with friendly helpful staff on hand at all times, their own planes flying from local airports, very well organized transfer arrangements, and excellent communications. They also have very generous baggage rules compared with many budget airlines.

Their onboard food is not great but it's OK, and like all budget airlines you do get pestered a bit to buy various extras (both when booking and when on the planes themselves) but there is no "dark patterning" on the website designed to trick you (as there is on some airlines we could mention). I mention these points for balance but the bottom line is that I'd have no hesitation in using this firm again in future and I've always been very impressed by their friendliness and professionalism.

We booked with jet2 for the first time this year as with all the problems at airports recently they seemed the most reliable company to book with. The service was excellent from start to finish. We had a wonderful holiday. I will definitely be booking with jet2 moving forward. They really do make holidays easy!

The service is 1st class, they take the stress out of travelling. Their staff are friendly, approachable and extremely knowledgeable. Would always be my first choice to travel with.

Amazing absolutely

Just returned from a lovely trip.
The accommodation was basic but given what we paid I think it was very reasonable. The rooms were v clean with fresh towels and bedding daily.
Couldn’t fault the location 2 mins walk to bars and restaurants and 10mins walk to beach.
Had a lovely holiday here would definitely recommend.

Complete booking experience was very professional from initial viewing of holidays on their web site. Pleasantly surprised as to plane and comfort - far better than some other well known airlines. Would definitely book Jet 2 again .

Stayed many times at Parque Santiago 3- very clean - external areas constantly updated and clean . However apartments although clean with daily maid service they are very dated and tired . Most have Not been upgraded in 20 plus years ! Finally and quite concerning and we have sent a message direct to complex. Buffet breakfast in restaurant attached to main complex the cooked food is put out on counter at about 7am . 12 Euros . On arrival about 8.30 ( when they open) the food is COLD - yet out on display ! Including eggs, with lights over which actually dont heat anything!! We showed waiter who said no ‘it was hot.’ - and then we insisted he feel the food himself and yes agreed it was cold. Health hygiene issue - especially with eggs a very serious issue which could lead to someone becoming ill !! But fruit, breads, hams cheeses all fine !Give fruit juices a miss too!!!
Holiday though was great/ loads of restaurants locally as well as entertainment. Shopping centre in arcade under hotel complex and many other shops within walking distance.

Overall the holiday experience with Jet 2 was positive. Unfortunately at baggage check in we encountered a really rude and obnoxious member of staff after waiting nearly an hour and a half to drop the bags in. This impacted on the beginning of our holiday.
